from food too........

I've been in food service Management for 18 years.  The industry will always be there but I do not want to be.  I've enjoyed great success over the years, however my current store has struggled due to many factors, location, cannibalization, and company changes to name a few.
I would dearly love to get out of food all together, but I have no degree field to fall back on. I have had six years of college, but with a couple of degree changes, never completed a single degree.  Family came along and food was what I had already done so it was an easy fit at the time.
Now I am 38 and stuck.  I have considered office mgmt, QA, admin, sales, banking, a training dept, HR, supply, and other fields, but all seem to want the magic "3-5 years of experience in similar position".  My resume is sound in mgmt and though as manager I've touched on many of these fields I cannot say I really qualify for any of them. The last problem is I have worked up to over 60k and there seems to be no way to change careers and keep a similar quality of life.  Any suggestions?
Frustrated.
