Jumping Back into Prior profession

I used to work in the Accounting/Finance field but I have since switched to Real Estate. It has been about 5 years. Anybody have any advice on how to switch back to Real Estate? I was also wanting to relocate to a more urban area too. I fully expect to pay for the relocation out of my own pocket. If anybody can give me any advice pertaining to structuring my resume or has any insight into any misgivings a potential employer would have in hiring me I would appreciate the your input.

Really?  You're picking NOW to go back into Real Estate?  Real Estate?  Do you not watch the news or read the papers?  This seems pretty risky, is there some reason you're going this route instead of staying with what you've been doing?  Or even doing something else all together?

Maybe I wrote that wrong. I am going from Real Estate to Finance. Plus, I am actually doing all right in Real Estate as we speak but I really did enjoy Financial Analysis(Accounting) and I would like to transistion back. Any suggestions on how to do so after a five year lay off? Also, if somebody could give me some insight into what obsticales one would face from a potential employer? I would also not mind relocating either.
