I'm a former Nurse's Aide/Community Support Worker II. Due to a spinal injury, I had to retrain. I decided to combine my healthcare experience with an associate business degree in Advanced Business Management with E-Commerce and Payroll Administration. I was under the impression from research that the courses I undertook could assist in landing a career within HR within a healtcare environment. I have had only one telephone interview and one person interested in offering me a position as Marketing Manager at a lazik eye center/cosmetic surgery facility. Is there anything I could do to market myself more effectively? I have included my past management/HR achievements from employment history prior to entering into healthcare.
