I moved to a different state approximately 1 year ago and took a somewhat entry level position.  I did change from health insurance to a different type of healthcare environment.  I like the change but I have not experienced the growth I would have hoped for  within the organization and wonder if this is the right time for me to move.  I am concerned with approaching 40 that I could be replaced with younger less experienced workers.  Should I consider going back to the health insurance industry where I have speant most of my career?  Any advice or suggestions are appreciated.
