Hello all!

Last June, I graduated from my county's Regional Occupational Program with a certificate in Healthcare Administration.  I have been stuck in retail for the past 5 years and thought it was time for a change.  Unfortunately, for some reason I haven't been able to even nail down an interview!  I need some advice.  I usually go on websites and submit my info, along with a cover letter.  I know most hospitals/medical practices want someone with experience, and I have a little less than 2 years' experience through temp agencies I've worked for in the past.  What can I do?  I really need a better job!  Thanks for your input.
