After several years of working post-college, I'm trying to figure out exactly what it is that I want to do for a career.  In each job I've had, I've learned what I like and don't like in a job, but I've never been quite satisfied enough to stay for the long haul.  I want to stop job hopping and settle down into something I love!  The problem is, I have no idea what career possibilities match my likes and dislikes. 

For example, I love explaining things to people, I love listening, and I'm very good at and enjoy creating and implementing problem solutions.  How do I search for a career that matches those qualities?  I don't mind going back to school if it's necessary for a career change.
