I am a wahm who has been formally out of work full time for 9 years. My degree is in Management Information systems, My former job was running a small office furniture company and that experience was everything being a small business. When I quit part time I helped my husband open his current contracting business and that is what i have done besides caring for babies in the church nursery and doing some part time work in a low vision clinic that recently shut down.

I am in transition. I would like to get a part time job with some benefits if possible since we are self employeed but I know that is asking for alot.

I was wondering if you might have any ideas for me? I have low vision but that has never stopped me but sometimes isn't good for some situations (driving, etc).

I would possibly like to do something interacting with low vision kids but I would be unsure where to start with education and I quite frankly don't want to go back for another degree. I don't mind picking up additional classes and I have picked up some more programming classes but I'm realizing there doesn't seem to be any obvious part time need there.
