Career Tips

Stay or find new job.

I currently work in Sales, I do inside sales and manage the show room/ local sales for a manufacturing company.

I'm currently obtaining my MBA and feel that I'm not appreciated (or compensated) for my work. The company lacks management talent and I'm not getting the kind of experience that I would like .

I have been with the company for 2 years and the company looks great on paper: 60 million a year in sales and 38 years in business with global sales.I'm a top performer in my organization and speak english, german and spanish.

My questions is: Should I stay for one more year while I finish my MBA and then look for a Job... or should I start looking for a job now???

I only have 3 years of sales experience and would like to work for an international company. I would like to use sales as my way in, and then try to find another job within the company.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,

Mauo026

If you are secure in your job then stay under the radar and wait til you complete your MBA>  It'll be worth it.

Thank you for the advice, I will stay under the radar and finish the MBA. It sucks, but that was the plan.
