Dear friends:  I am in mid forty a cancer biology researcher with PhD.  I am currently entering into severe career crisis because our research is supported by federal grant money which is now in severe shortage for a reason you know very well.  It is becoming nightmare for me to get any federal money to continue my research and support my salary.  If I decide to change my career from academic research them what do you think my options are?  I tried biotech company jobs with minimum success.  Can I take some courses to reshape this career crisis?
