Transition to Org DevelopmentI am exploring transitioning into the career field of Organizational Development. I'm looking for information about: a) the types of job roles in the field b) a "typical" career progression path c) is organizational development something that most companies retain as an in-house function or is it something that is often outsourced to consultants in the field.
