I have worked for a Fortune 500 company specializing in higher education for the past 28 years.  I would like to pursue a 2nd career in the healthcare field, specifically geriatric care management.  I have an undergraduate degree in Business Administration.  Could you offer any advice on what additional education would be required or helpful to get my foot in the door in this field?   Thank you.
