I applied and was offered and entry level position with a LARGE medical equipment supplier.
my only concern is how this offer stacks up against other companies entry level positions.
Offer is 35K salary 40K commision with reaching sales goal. Paid on a % of sales goal. this is a sales goal that can be reached.
However due to training and life cycle of budgets I will get no real sales for at least 4 months.

1. Do most companies that are entry level offer a bonus for the firstfew months while you cant make any sales, first 2-3 months. based onwhat your commison or bonus was if you made your goal.

THis is a new position at this company and im trying to see if this isreasonable offer or I should find one that takes care of the salesperson for the first few months.
