From my limited experience I think this idea is a big cancer and one of the biggest reasons start up businesses fail. Alot of people think that because they like something, others will pay for it. That is the wrong way to look at things. A new business must fulfill a NEED. People will pay to get their need fulfilled and once you make money you will like what pays you.

I am thinking of staring a business and in talking to people who have tried this is something I have been able to put together. Other please share your ideas.
