I hope that someone can give me some advice.
I had 2 interviews this week with different departments with the State of Oregon. The first one is the position I would really love to have but they will not be making a decision until at the soonest the middle of February. The 2nd is also a great position but further from my home and as I already stated the 1st is my absolute 1st choice. My concern is that the 2nd will be making their decision the end of next week. If I was offered that position and took it, then in a month or so received an offer for the 1st, how should I handle that as I would definately want to take the offer on the 1st position?
