I switched careers 5 years ago  into the mortgage business well before the boom. looked like a good track. Now I have been volunteering in the mortgage business for months and its over obvious that I need to find a new career. again. I am a very good marketing and sales executive I feel most comfortable in aggressive emerging companies, or turnaround situations, any ideas how I can find opportunities targeting these companies and how to get past the gate keepers.
