I am running out of time to be employed full-time again.  Also, frequently sending out resume, going on interviews, passing entry test and good interview closing, but continue to get response from agencies regarding my turn over in jobs as a result of company mergers, employer's retirement or resignation, and working on long-term temporary assignments since the demise of WTC-9/11/01 from agencies that I requested to work full time.   I articulate my situation well, and communicate that I engage in continuing education to upgrade my computer skills, legal and business information, but I am not certain whether they resist employing a person pass the age of 60 whose appearance is often taken for a 45 year old.  How can you advise those among us who perhaps is getting that feedback to just keep on interviewing until someone says "YES"....I certainly plan to do just that.  (neuma44)
