New Job Ideas
I have been teaching for 10 years and I am looking for a change. I love teaching, but I need something that makes more $ and has better benefits and maybe some "perks". I have a Bachelors and like the teaching aspect ----- any ideas of what I could do? Thanks
There's lots of things you could do, but as I often ask people who pose questions similar to yours, what do you want to do?
All of us out here can throw out plenty of ideas and opinions, but none of it's worth anything if they don't interest you. Start with things that interest you, then look for matches with your background if you want to incorporate it into your next career.
You might want to look into teaching adults. Example: Hospitals have education departments. Hospital staff need to have continuing education on hospital software, etc. Instead of looking under "education" categories, try "training." You could train adults in all different types of things. For example, an employer could train you on their software program and you can train the end user. There are many positions out there for this type of thing. Good luck. | |
