I am not sure if it is considered as career changes.....well, I'd like to change the industry.
I remain the same function as i served last 7 years. The question is the companies in the industry I would like to pursue require industry experience of 3-5, sometimes 7 years...which I don't have yet.
So, my question  or the advice I am seeking is  how to achieve this change instead of starting all over.
