In my situation I have been an expert welder for 15 years but now am seeking to pursue an entirely different career.  Although all my experience has been in welding and project managing I have other areas of expertise.  For years I have supplemented my income in times when work was slow by helping my father in his "handyman work".  We have remodeled homes, including building cabinets, painting,  everything from plumbing to room addditions.  I found that if you can cut and measure metal, you can also measure and cut wood with the same degree of precision. With the exception of electrical work I am adept at most construction. One of my other hobbies has been rebuilding engines. How do I reflect these additional  qualifications on my resume?  Thank you in advance for any advice.
