After five years as a Business Manager I am actively seeking a career in Sales as an Account Executive.   I have been in the job market for four months and I have not been called for an interview yet.  My degree is in Mass Communications and Media Arts.  I only have one year of sales experience but I have all of the other qualifications needed besides the many years of sales experience.  What am I doing wrong.
