Well, here's the thing. I've been looking for new employment because I'm unhappy in my current job, and the # 1 reason being is that the pay is not that great not even with the overtime.
While searching through the want-ads I saw a job opening at this company...let's just say that it is the parent company of this other company I used to work at about 3 years ago which I had a really bad experience and even feel embarrased about it 'til this day, not to mention both companies are in the same building but different floors.  I also happen to know a few people that work at this company that has the job opening.

I mean the company is great, the hours and benefits are good and there's room for advancement too.  But, because of the previous "sticky" situation I went through in that other company.  I'm afraid that in the parking lot or even the elevator, I'll run into people I used to work with.  Should I look elsewhere?

Also, some of the people that worked where I used to work have left the company, even a couple of my former supervisors.

Please help...
