I'm looking to make a career change into Human Resource, or Admin., I have some admin experience, but none that includes, making traveler arrangement,or preparing correspondence. I help out in the interviewing and hiring process, am very good in identifying good candidate for a job, my boss is always asking my opinion on this subject. Sometime its not what you know, its who you know, to get job now.
