My original bachellor degree is in IT. After graduating I worked for over 5 years in a major telecom, in promising  roles for someone my age. Nevertheless, I decided to pursue my other academic interest and enrolled in an Msc in Economics, followed by a Postgraduate Degree in Finance. After 2 years working in a rather small company I've realized that, even though I love both fields, I'm suited to do a better job and progress faster in the former, so I've decided to go back there.

The big question is,

What would be the best way(s) to convince potential employers that I'm really committed to the field and won't jump out again?
