I currently work as a training coordinator, where I coordinate, implement and review training.  I have a degree in psychology and have considered possibly pursuing a masters in counseling or education administration.  My interest is to eventually work as a program director for an arts center or arts/education department at a college/university.  Before applying for a masters program, I would like to do more research on programs and careers in the field. 

My interests are in the arts, psychology and education.  Can anyone tell me what sort of careers i can pursue with a masters in counseling or education adminstration?  Also, how I can possibly combine my three interests?
