I am currently Front Office Manager of a boutique hotel in Colorado. I have been in the hospitality industry for 6 years, and am seriously thinking about changing my career. I have a bachelors degree in Banking and Finance, and before I started my hotel career, I was admin asst to President Director of a renewable energy related company in Indonesia.

What do you think I should do? My experience in energy companies was abroad, and my first job in the States was in a hotel.
