trucker career change
i drive truck and i have been for almost 2 years now. i like it but my driving record has been getting bad lately. one thing i have to have is a good driving record to stay in this line of work but its getting tough here lately, i have other ideas of work but just confused as to what to do?
Only you (unless you want to share it with us) know what you enjoy, what your other skills are, and what your education is. Is there a way to improve your driving record, or at least keep it from declining, so that you' d be able to stay in driving, as you indicate you like it? What are your other ideas? If you' re OTR, be careful out there.
Is your driving record getting bad because you're not getting enough rest? If so, would it help to switch to an in-town job, even if it pays less? You want to protect that driving record. Good luck to you. | |
